Most business content about Malta is either a press release or a LinkedIn victory lap. MIGJA is neither. It is a series of short, unscripted conversations with the people who run Malta's businesses, recorded in one sitting, about what actually happened.

What MIGJA is

MIGJA is Alphatech's media brand. Each episode is one guest and a handful of honest questions: how they started, what almost broke the business, what they stopped doing and what they would tell themselves five years ago. Episodes are cut into short vertical reels for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.

We started it for a simple reason. We build automation for Malta construction, property and trades companies, and every owner we meet has a story that rarely gets told. The stories teach more than any framework.
